Paul Driscoll
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Driscoll, VP and CFO of Flatiron Construction Corp., has over 28 years of experience in the construction industry and over 34 years of experience in finance and accounting. Paul began his career studying finance and accounting at Colorado State University and after graduation in 1978 worked as a certified public accountant for Deloitte & Touche. There Paul handled audits for private and public clients and in 1983 received his MBA from Colorado State University where he studied finance and information technology.
Paul was the auditor in charge of the Flatiron account while at Deloitte & Touche and after completing his MBA accepted a position as vice president and general manager of information systems at Flatiron. Paul handled all of the accounting and finance for the company.
In 1989 Paul became the CFO of former operating company Flatiron Structures, and six years later, when Flatiron's North American operations were merged into a single holding company, Paul took the position as vice president and chief financial officer of Flatiron Construction Corp.
Paul is the father of five children and with his wife of nearly 33 years Jan, has immensely enjoyed their participation in music, thespian, sporting and other activities over the years. Paul has enjoyed coaching his sons in baseball and basketball and enjoys bicycle spinning classes and hiking the Flatirons near the family home in Boulder. Paul is a member of Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic church where he has served on the Parish Counsel and in other capacities.
