At Flatiron we encourage all of our employees to take responsibility for keeping each other safe.
Our award-winning, nationally recognized safety program emphasizes communication, responsibility, accountability, safety procedures, and training and education. As part of these policies, the Don’t Walk By program empowers all employees to stop any unsafe procedures and encourages them to take responsibility for creating a safe work environment.
