Flatiron’s INSIGHTS Series: LGBTQIA+ Workplace Challenges and Successes

The workplace can be complicated for anyone. But for someone who identifies as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, it comes with a whole different set of challenges.

In recognition of Pride Month, Flatiron was fortunate to have two business leaders share their insights on the topic. Sean Ashburn, Flatiron Corporate Counsel for California and Arizona, led this thought provoking discussion with Lander Electric Supply Company CEO Sandra Escalante and Assistant General Counsel & Chief Litigation Counsel for RailWorks Corporation Brian Rice.

In the webinar, the panelists explored a variety of topics of interest to Flatiron employees including how those who want to be allies can support their LGBTQIA+ co-workers.
