We are now a year into the transformational Lake Ralph Hall Project (one of the first progressive design-build projects in Texas). After 100,000 work hours, substructure work is wrapping up on the centerpiece mile-long North Sulphur Bridge. In the past 12 months, the Flatiron team has grown close to the nearby community, including volunteering to help the area’s less fortunate. In this video, listen to our project manager, Josh Pfingst, discuss the milestone, plus hear the owner’s project engineer, Ed Motley, talk about his relationship with Flatiron.
