Flatiron’s Tuition Reimbursement Program Helps Employees Achieve Dreams

“It was a weight lifted off my shoulders. I didn’t have to worry about how to pay for my classes and books.”

Kellie Fernandez recently completed her goal of earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree  (summa cum laude, no less). In addition, the senior accounts payable specialist was thrilled she didn’t have to struggle financially to accomplish her dream.

Fernandez took advantage of Flatiron’s tuition reimbursement program to help finance her studies. The program reimburses eligible employees up to $5,250 a year (the IRS maximum) to earn degrees and certifications in fields related to their positions.

“The amount Flatiron covers is very generous,” Fernandez says.

Besides tuition reimbursement, Flatiron also offers a student debt relief program.
