With more than 30 years of leadership experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards and succession planning — David works with Flatiron leaders across the United States and Canada to provide human capital solutions that enable the business to achieve strategic objectives.
Focusing on enabling Flatiron to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions, David and his team have revitalized learning and development, enhanced competitiveness of total rewards, and strengthened the foundation for Flatiron’s commitment to diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion. David leads efforts to enable Flatiron to staff its growing portfolio of projects throughout North America by building the talent acquisition team and driving initiatives designed to improve employee development, retention and engagement.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling and Interviewing in the Work Setting from California State University in Northridge and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
