California High-Speed Rail Completes Two Overcrossings Within One Week

The overcrossings at Davis and Kansas Avenues are the fourth and fifth structures completed at California High-Speed Rail Construction Package 2-3 (CP 2-3) this year. Both are now open to the public.

Earlier this year, the joint venture with Dragados USA announced the completion of the Elkhorn Avenue overcrossing in Fresno County and grade separations at Idaho and Dover Avenues in Kings County.

CP 2-3 extends approximately 65 miles in three counties: Fresno, Kings and Tulare. CP 2-3 will include approximately 36 grade separations to separate the HSR tracks from roadways.
