Building CDIA Elevated Roadway
This unique joint venture project is a combination of roadway, bridge and building construction located at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, an airport that transports thousands of people per day to and from the quickly growing city of Charlotte. The CDIA project involves construction of eight at-grade vehicle lanes and eight elevated vehicle lanes between the new hourly parking deck and the main terminal, as well as the structural portion of future pedestrian tunnels below the new roadway system.
Contains two underground pedestrian tunnels.
The elevated roadway is supported by 123 columns.
